The Next Queen of Heaven: A Novel by Gregory Maguire

Update: Gregory's new book is available for free right now: Concord Free Press

On October 20th at midnight, Concord Free Press will launch their third novel, The Next Queen of Heaven by Gregory Maguire (Wicked). Alphabetica was asked to design the cover for this New York Times Best Selling Author.

The Next Queen of Heaven is an original novel by a modern master of farce and the fantastic. And they'll be distributing all 2,500 copies for free via their network of independent bookstores and requests at their website. All they ask of readers is that they make a voluntary donation to a charity or someone in need. Then pass their book along so others can give. They'll begin taking orders on midnight, October 14th. Until then, find out more about the book.

Along with the cover, we will be designing a limited edition poster for the book that will be signed by the author and sold by the Concord Free Press later this fall.
